UNSATISFIED WITH PRODUCT
In case you are not satisfied with the product, just fill up the return form or drop us an email within 48hrs of receiving the product with your details and order number, our customer support team will get in touch with you within 24hrs.
CAN GOODS BE RETURNED?
Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or store credit if they meet our terms and conditions.
In the case of eligible Refund/exchange, the Khayt will arrange the pickup (reverse pickup will not available at selected pin-codes) and store credit will be initiated within 7days of receiving the item back.
Items to be returned/exchanged must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Return items will only be eligible for acceptance in their original packaging, including hangers, polyester bags, hang tags on garments, boxes or dust bags, authenticity cards etc. Please inform our customer care in the event of any Goods/Products are delivered without tags.
NON-ELIGIBLE REFUND / EXCHANGE
No returns, refunds/store credits or exchanges will be accepted for custom made, made to measure and products on sale. Items not meeting eligibility conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer on additional shipping cost.
All products must be tried gently. Returns may not be accepted if items are soiled and may be sent back to the customer.
RETURN/ EXCHANGE RE-ORDERS
Since we keep latest products and do not always have all sizes available and under such circumstances, the amount paid by you can be used from store credit to shop other available products or whenever you shop with us next time.
The validity of store credits will be for a period of 12 months, from the date the refund amount is added to your account. The store credit can be used to shop for any available products or whenever you shop with us next time.
We take great pride in our goods and packaging so we certainly hope that you never receive a faulty product from us. If on the rare occasion, this does occur please contact customer service at email@example.com to let us know and we can either send out a postbag for you to return the product in or refund your postage when the parcel arrives. If available, you can request a replacement or refund for the product.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
We shall not be able to process the cancellation if the order/orders are processed. Store credit will be provided against the cancellation of an order.
Repeated refusal of COD orders by the customer might lead to the barring of COD facility without any intimation. For the repeated return of products from a customer i.e. more than 50% of the delivered products, the customer will be intimated that future orders on non-cancellation and non-return basis.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Khayt and accept Khayt’s decision regarding the return validation that is – if the product is valid to be accepted as a return or not. Non-Valid return will be sent back to the customer.
